Privacy policy
Your plant's and your machines' data is held in trust. This page explains what we collect, why, who can see it and what is never published.
No figure, photo or report is published without your written permission.
1. Our core commitment
- No figure, photo, report or client name is published without its owner's written permission.
- Every machine's passport and technical file is private by default; only the owner and the Machinameh administrator can see it.
- Your data is never sold or shared with others for advertising.
2. What we collect
- Contact details you enter in the request form: name, company, phone number, province or city.
- Machine details: brand, model, tonnage, year, serial number, photos and a description of the problem.
- Inspection and service results: reports and performance indicators such as OEE, scrap, downtime and cycle time.
- Technical data needed to keep the site secure, such as IP addresses to prevent form abuse.
3. Why we use it
- To contact you, schedule a visit and deliver the service you asked for.
- To record the machine's technical history and show progress since the start of our work in your private panel.
- To let you track your request with a tracking code.
4. Who can see it
- The machine owner and the Machinameh administrator.
- The inspector or technician sent to your plant for a specific job, only as far as that job requires.
- Nobody else, unless the owner creates a share link or makes the passport public.
5. What is never made public
- The owner's contact details, costs, invoices and contracts.
- The internal technical file and inspector notes, except any part the owner chooses to publish.
6. QR scans
- A QR code is issued only after an inspection. If the passport is private, scanning it shows only the validity seal: machine ID, inspection date and validity; nothing more.
7. Retention and deletion
- Technical records are not erased, to keep the passport trustworthy, but you can ask for the passport to be made fully private.
- To correct or delete your contact details, send a request through the contact page.
8. Cookies
- The site uses only the cookies required for form security and panel sign-in.
