Terms of use
Using the Machinameh website and services means accepting these terms. Their purpose is transparency and keeping machine passports trustworthy.
1. Machinameh services
- Machinameh provides production-line diagnosis, machine inspection, technical training, repairs and technical record-keeping for plastic injection molding machines.
- Machinameh does not currently buy or sell machines and is not a party to any transaction.
2. Service requests
- Submitting a request on the site creates no obligation to pay. We contact you before any cost is incurred and agree on the scope and price.
- Visit dates are set after we contact you and coordinate.
3. Owner panel and account
- Anyone can create a panel and register one machine free for evaluation. Further machines are subject to the published fee.
- The account owner is responsible for keeping their username and password safe.
- The owner is responsible for the accuracy of information they declare. Such information is labelled “owner-declared” and shown separately from verified information.
4. Inspection and QR
- A QR code is issued only after an inspection by Machinameh and shows that the machine was inspected on a given date.
- An inspection report describes the machine's condition on that date and is not a guarantee of future performance.
- Forging or moving a QR label invalidates the passport.
5. Permanent records
- Inspection and service records are not edited once recorded. Any correction is added to the history as a dated amendment with a reason, so the passport stays trustworthy.
6. Content ownership
- The site's articles, images and design belong to Machinameh and may be reused with attribution.
- Machine and plant data belongs to its owner.
7. Changes to these terms
- These terms may be updated; the date of the latest update is shown on this page.
