Troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics, the injection unit, the clamping unit and the control system.
Submit a request with the machine details and a description of the problem. After an initial review we call you to schedule a visit.
Every service performed is recorded in the machine's file, and that history adds to its value when it is sold.
Scope of work
- Hydraulics: pump, valves, leaks and pressure loss
- Injection unit: screw, barrel, check ring and heater bands
- Clamping unit: tie bars, platen parallelism, toggle system
- Electrics and controls: cabinet, controller, servo motor
